ERIC HENRY

As a trial attorney, I have won my clients multimillion-dollar federal court verdicts, multimillion-dollar settlements, and life-changing financial recoveries in cases other lawyers said had no chance of succeeding. When I believe in a case and work hand-in-hand with my clients, I find great results often happen.

My heart is in helping people. People that get hurt, or lose a family member, because of someone’s carelessness. People that get taken advantage of by a greedy corporation. People who get ripped off by their insurance company. I became a lawyer to do good for people who deserve it.

MINDY MCCALL

Mindy McCall is one of Eric’s first hires and brings with her almost 15 years of paralegal/law office experience.

She graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Political Science with a focus in Pre-Law from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Landing her first job with a mid-sized law firm in insurance defense work as a litigation paralegal, she soon learned the skills of listening to clients, organizing and maintaining all sizes of files, as well as navigating the processes of getting documents filed in a legal and timely manner.

While having a family, she then opted for part-time paralegal work, this time in Plaintiff-centered environments, finding that this type of work was more meaningful (as well as flexible!).

In her never-ending quest for life-long learning, she received a Paralegal Certificate from the Lakeland Community College Paralegal program (receiving the Outstanding Paralegal Studies Student Award) and is commissioned to be a Notary in the state of Ohio.

Mindy’s work ethic is to work very hard but very smart, to problem-solve and be creative with obstacles and to persist until successful. She is a friendly person with a passion for people and fairness. She truly embraces the next opportunity to serve someone who has been wronged – to help be the voice for those whose injustices are ignored, overlooked, or blatantly denied.

REBECCA PETRO

Rebecca has worked exclusively for the Henry Law Firm since 2019. Rebecca began her legal career at age 19 working for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Ohio, in the areas of Drug Trafficking, General Crimes, and White Collar Crimes Units for 10 years. She then worked as a Paralegal supporting clients and attorneys in criminal defense, and more recently, she worked in civil litigation assisting on internet defamation cases.

Rebecca has her Bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Management from Cleveland State University, and a Paralegal Certification from Bryant and Stratton College. She attended legal writing and research training in South Carolina and received recognition from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for exceptional litigation support both prior to and during trials.

Rebecca uses her exceptional multitasking and analytical skills to provide litigation support to Attorney Henry and clients, from beginning to end. She maintains contact with clients, drafts litigation documents, contacts witnesses, and assists prior to and during trials.

When Rebecca is not working, she can be found spending time outdoors, volunteering in the community, and binge watching a popular Netflix show. She loves animals, including her two cats Miracle and Bella, and supports her local shelter.

ADAM HASS-HILL

Adam started working for the Henry Law Firm as a legal assistant in June of 2021. He graduated from Indiana University in the spring of 2020 before moving back home to Chagrin Falls. He is the primary point of contact for the office; when you give us a call, he’ll usually be the one you’re talking to. Adam handles the client intake, the sign-up documents, general communication, and the mail.

Before joining the Henry Law Firm, while not at school, Adam worked for three summers at Breakthrough Charter Schools in the IT department, as well as spending a year and a half in retail environments and, before that, he ran a space shuttle simulator for a summer space camp at his former middle school.

While not at work, Adam can be found with his dog at home, listening to music and playing games or working on his computer. He is also an actor, having performed in plays and musicals since he was two years old, up through and including in college, where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts.

WENDY HENRY

After having over 30 years in Accounting and Finance Management, Wendy is honored to serve as the Office Manager for her son, Eric.  Wendy has an accounting degree from The Ohio State University and her MBA from Kent State University.  She has one other son, Kurt, who works for NASA in California.

SAMMY COCONUT HENRY

Sammy is a standard parti poodle born 12/27/2020. His responsibilities include not bothering people, chewing up shoes, or barking at delivery people. He keeps us smiling even when we are dealing with difficult defense lawyers or insurance adjusters. If you stop by to visit us, be sure to say hi to Sammy.
