I am representing a young mother who has tragically lost her infant daughter. Preliminary indications are that the child died at or shortly after leaving the Cleveland daycare “Nana’s Home Daycare.”

We are investigating every aspect of this death, including whether it could have been prevented. We are also looking at how these daycares are licensed, inspected, and operated.
